At the moment was the day – An opportunity to finish my fall loop over and thru the Bighorns. Spearfish to Buffalo WY, over the Cloud Peak Skyway to Tensleep WY, alongside the Nowood River to Manderson, as much as Greybull, up by way of Shell Canyon to Burgess Junction, Down US 14 by way of Dayton and Ranchester, a quick jog on I-90 to Sheridan WY, then on US 14/16 to Gillette WY, then Dwelling through I-90. 579 miles, about 10 hours with stops for breakfast, gasoline and a scorching canine. And alongside Clear Creek East of UCross WY

We do not have many reds in our palette out West

The fog we encountered getting into Wyoming lifted simply earlier than Buffalo WY, we had a pleasant run to Ten Sleep over the Cloud Peak Skyway and down by way of Ten Sleep Canyon, with little or no site visitors, and intermittent moist pavement.
